In this essential role, you will help maintain the daily flow of our service drive, support our technicians and service advisors, and ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. Whether you bring prior automotive experience or are looking to start a career in the industry, we offer comprehensive training to help you succeed!
Key Responsibilities Vehicle Movement & Flow:
Efficiently move customer and dealership vehicles in and out of the shop and service drive to maintain smooth operational flow.Customer Support & Shuttle:
Safely run vehicles through the automatic carwash and occasionally drive the shuttle van to drop off and pick up service customers.Inventory & Deliveries:
Check in and stock new vehicle arrivals off transport trucks.Facility Maintenance:
Keep the shop clean, organized, and properly stocked; keep the customer lounge area tidy throughout the day.Security:
Perform end-of-day lockup procedures, including securing front and rear dealership gates at night. Qualifications & Requirements Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person ! Must have reliable transportation to work. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive, team-first attitude. Excellent punctual attendance habits.Compensation & Schedule Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours per week guarantee with a set schedule .Work Hours:
Set shifts closing no later than 6:00 PM on weekdays and 4:00 PM on Saturdays. 1-Hour Lunch Break daily. Closed Sundays and all major holidays.Benefits & Perks Health & Retirement:
