Pick up and deliver vehicles, parts, or other materials as needed. Clean and vacuum vehicles before customer delivery. Keep the shop, parking areas, and work areas clean and organized. Assist technicians with moving vehicles into and out of repair bays. Check vehicles for obvious damage before moving them. Maintain vehicle keys and paperwork according to company procedures. Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up when needed. Perform basic errands and other duties assigned by the collision center manager. Follow all workplace, vehicle-handling, and safety procedures. Common Qualifications Valid driver's license and a clean or acceptable driving record. Ability to safely drive automatic and manual-transmission vehicles, if required. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Good customer-service and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors and in a busy automotive environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required. Previous automotive, detailing, dealership, or collision-center experience can be helpful but may not always be required.
