A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

We are working with Construction companies doing projects just outside of Marshall and in Sedalia.

THESE ARE NOT REGULAR 40HR WORK WEEKS.

These are "as needed" assignments. Typically a 2-3 days a week, but we never know for sure. MUST be able to physically handle the responsibilities of the job which may require lifting up to 50lbs. MUST be able to follow directions.

MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS

which includes NO theft related charges. Because of the physical nature of this job, you must have been doing physical work recently. If cashier or med tech is your most recent job, this is not for you.
