Job Title:
Store and Office Cleaner Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our store, office, bathrooms, furniture showroom, and warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable for both employees and customers. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Store & Office Cleaning:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in office and store areas. Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Clean windows and glass doors. Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas and workstations.
Bathroom Cleaning:
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors. Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed. Ensure restrooms are stocked, hygienic, and properly maintained.
Furniture Showroom Cleaning:
Dust and clean display furniture and fixtures. Ensure showroom floors are free of dust, debris, and spills. Assist with tidying up showroom displays as needed.
Warehouse Cleaning:
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors. Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices. Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Sweep and mop warehouse floors regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety. Organize and dispose of any waste or discarded items. Ensure the warehouse environment is safe and tidy, preventing accidents or obstructions.
Additional Duties:
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor. Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed. Clean interior of delivery box trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Must be physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Working Conditions:
The position may require occasional weekends during special projects. Safe working environment with all necessary cleaning supplies provided.
