Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor leaks
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards Skills
- Experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Proficiency in floor care including buffing and waxing
- Familiarity with residential painting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
