Overview Join our team as a Post Construction Final Clean Specialist and be a vital part of bringing new building projects to their sparkling finish! You'll work closely with construction teams and project managers to execute thorough cleaning processes that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. You must have your own vehicle. and pass a backround check. Hours are 7:00a-3:30p pay is every Saturday. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of newly constructed buildings, including floors, walls, windows, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a spotless finish. Remove debris, dust, and leftover materials from all areas of the site, maintaining a tidy and safe environment. Inspect completed spaces for any missed spots or cleaning deficiencies and address them promptly. Use specialized cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products to achieve optimal results. Coordinate with project managers to schedule cleaning tasks around project timelines and occupancy dates. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during cleaning operations to protect yourself and others on site. Document completed tasks and report any issues or damages that require further attention. Experience Prior experience in post-construction or commercial cleaning is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail with an eye for spotting missed spots or imperfections. Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and cleaning operations. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timelines. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
