We take pride in providing dependable, detail-oriented cleaning services for homes and commercial properties throughout the community. We're growing and looking for a hardworking, reliable person to join our team. What You'll Do Perform residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms Complete deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and recurring maintenance cleans Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients Bring a positive, detail-focused attitude to every job What We're Looking For Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs) Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required—we'll train the right person A background check will be required Trustworthy and comfortable working inside clients' homes Comfortable around animals (dogs, cats, other pets) Ability to problem solve effectively What We Offer Flexible scheduling Weekly pay Supplies and equipment provided Opportunity for growth as our business expands A supportive, small-team environment
