A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.
Non-exempt Work a consistent 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM day shift with a bi-weekly schedule. Only work 14 days a month! Week 1: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on = 48 hours Week 2: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off = 36 hours

Custodian Job Summary:
This position is responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and orderly. The person occupying this position will track, document, and maintain a comprehensive custodial program.
Custodian Duties/Responsibilities:
Clean, stock, and keep restrooms in good working order Sweep, mop, and polish floor on a regular and as needed basis Remove trash and other debris daily Dust equipment, furniture, and fixtures asrequired Clean windows, mirrors, and all glass surfaces Assistwith minor repairs and maintenance related items Change light bulbs andassistwith other maintenance related items Operate industrial equipment such as a forklift, scissor lift, mechanical sweeper, andsimilarequipment Follow Safety and Food Safety Polices & Procedures.

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
One year of warehouse work Custodian Physical and/or
Travel Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing or walking Must be able tolift upto 50 pounds at a time
