PMI is currently looking for a passionate individual to join our team in Springfield, MO as our Part-Time Porter / Janitor . This individual should be familiar with cleaning of residential properties, inside and out. This is a part-time, 25 hours per week position that comes with the following benefits... 16 days of Paid time off 12 paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company match Specific duties include: Ensure the property is clean and maintained properly, conduct routine visual inspections of the exterior and interior of buildings, grounds, and facilities; determine whether cleaning or minor repairs are needed; report any evidence of infestation, mold, damage, water leakage, or tenant damage; follow-up with residents' work orders, as directed by the Property Manager.
