We're looking for a Full-Time Custodian to provide custodial services for our Distribution Center. Responsibilities:

Vacuums carpeted floors and floor mats Cleans cement floors by using an industrial floor scrubbing machine Sweeps, mops and dusts all areas of the building including shipping, manufacturing and warehouse areas. Ensures that all trash is removed from the building and deposits it into the receptacle. Cleans all restrooms by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the restrooms, (i.e., wiping & washing urinals, toilets, sinks, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.) with disinfectant. Cleans break room by sweeping floors, disinfecting the lunchroom: by wiping & washing tables, chairs, counters, floors, walls, windows, etc. Ensures all refuse is removed from the grounds around the building by sweeping sidewalks, picking up trash, and emptying garbage cans and ash buckets. Stocks break room with supplies and prepares coffee and hot chocolate machines for use. Cleans windows inside and outside of the facility by using scissor lift or man lift. Cleans hard to reach areas overhead and under the equipment including racks and windows. Cleans offices including desks, chairs, carpet and chair mats. Cleans lobby area including the mezzanine and observatory windows. Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
