- 20 per hour | Part-Time | Evening/Night Shift Blanks Enterprises & Facility Services is hiring three dependable Commercial Cleaning Technicians to join our growing St.
Louis commercial cleaning team. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, pay attention to details and can be trusted to work professionally inside client facilities. These positions are part-time to start, with opportunities for additional hours as new commercial accounts are added. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize commercial offices, common areas and workspaces Clean and disinfect restrooms Empty trash and replace liners Sweep, mop and vacuum floors Dust and wipe surfaces Clean interior glass and high-touch areas Restock restroom and facility supplies Maintain organized janitorial areas Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and procedures Safely use commercial cleaning products and equipment Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment or unusual conditions Assist with deep-cleaning and post-construction cleaning projects when needed Complete assigned work to company quality standards before leaving the facility What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Professional attitude and appearance Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable transportation Available during evening and nighttime hours Able to stand, walk, bend and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift Able to safely lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment Commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping or environmental-services experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable candidates with a strong work ethic. Schedule Part-Time Most shifts will take place during evening and nighttime hours after client businesses close. Exact hours will depend on assigned commercial accounts. Additional hours may become available as Blanks Enterprises & Facility Services continues expanding its St. Louis commercial portfolio. Compensation $17.00
