Requirements:

Must be punctual and have outstanding attendance. Have a valid drivers' license. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to lift and climb ladders. Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Able to work nights and weekends as needed.

Benefits:

$17.00 per hour Overtime pay after 40 hrs. Company vehicle provided. Must report to our office each morning Summary As a Window Cleaner you will be part of our ground crew who specializes in washing 1st-3rd floor windows for our commercial clients. You will access 2nd and 3rd floor windows utilizing a combination of ladders and extension poles. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various commercial properties. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be tasked with delivering high-quality results to their satisfaction. A valid driver's license is required to travel between job sites.
