Services Include Residential Maintenance Cleaning Deep Cleaning Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Post-Construction Cleaning Commercial & Office Cleaning Luxury Apartment Common Areas & Amenities West St. Louis County communities. Compensation Paid per completed job Typical earnings average 25-35 per hour , depending on the size and type of cleaning project. Requirements ✔ Previous professional cleaning experience ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Current general liability insurance ✔ Ability to work as an Independent Contractor (1099) ✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Excellent communication and reliability ✔ Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies when required ✔ Shoe covers/booties required for applicable job sites Schedule Flexible. Most cleaning opportunities are available Monday-Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Jobs are offered based on availability, and you choose the opportunities that fit your schedule.
