A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Facility - Janitorial Part Time This position is 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday. Must be able to be self-directed and follow the task sheet for assigned duties. Could be assigned to trash detail and lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, break rooms, production areas and operating a self propelled or rider floor scrubber. Utilize a forklift most of the day to empty barrels and dumpsters of scrap material into trailers. Other cleaning functions may apply as needed.
