Job Description
We are a growing, locally owned small business looking for a dependable and versatile field technician to join our team. Most day-to-day work will involve pressure washing and exterior cleaning. However, the scope of work will regularly change based on our current projects. When not completing pressure-washing jobs, this employee may assist with roofing, demolition, drywall, property repairs, material handling, jobsite cleanup, and other general construction or maintenance work. This is a good position for someone who enjoys working outside, can handle different types of projects, and wants the opportunity to grow alongside a small business. Primary Responsibilities Complete residential and commercial pressure-washing and exterior-cleaning projects Operate and maintain pressure washers, soft-wash systems, surface cleaners, hoses, and related equipment Perform house washing, building washing, concrete cleaning, roof soft washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior-cleaning services Assist with roofing, demolition, drywall, repairs, property maintenance, and other general construction work Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, chemicals, and materials Inspect jobsites before beginning work and report existing damage or concerns Take clear before-and-after photos of completed work Protect landscaping, electrical components, windows, doors, and surrounding property Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other customers Keep the company truck, equipment, tools, and jobsites clean and organized Follow job instructions and complete assigned work safely and efficiently Help direct another worker when assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Comfortable driving a company truck and pulling a trailer
- Dependable, punctual, and able to communicate consistently
- Able to work independently after receiving instructions
- Willing to perform different types of physical and construction-related work
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather conditions
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
- Comfortable using ladders and working around one- and two-story buildings
- Professional and respectful when working around customers and their property
- Able to notice problems, protect the customer's property, and take ownership of the finished work Preferred Experience Experience in pressure washing, soft washing, roofing, construction, demolition, drywall, handyman work, landscaping, or property maintenance is preferred.
