Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and floor care to maintain a polished appearance Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation to uphold hygiene standards Carry out custodial responsibilities across multiple areas, ensuring all spaces are organized and sanitary Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to deliver high-quality results Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution Support industrial cleaning projects when required, including specialized cleaning procedures for large-scale or heavy-duty environments Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supply inventories to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, buffing, and general facilities maintenance Experience with residential painting or related maintenance tasks is a plus Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Reliable team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude Embark on a career where your dedication keeps environments spotless and welcoming!
