We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Night Shift Trainer/Supervisor to lead our janitorial service team during overnight hours. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nightly janitorial staff to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks across various commercial or industrial facilities Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and equipment use Monitor cleaning operations to maintain compliance with health and safety standards, including sanitation protocols and OSHA regulations Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and leadership Address any operational issues promptly, escalating concerns as needed to ensure smooth night shift operations Maintain supplies at various locations Skills Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments with a focus on industrial or large-scale facilities Strong staff supervision and team management skills with previous supervisory or managerial experience Excellent communication skills for clear supervision, training, and customer service interactions Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Ability to lead by example in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with laundry services, hospitality standards, or housekeeping management is a plus Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Join us as a Night Shift Trainer/Supervisor for Janitorial Service to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier cleanliness while ensuring safety and efficiency.
