Responsibilities:

Operate floor scrubbers to clean and maintain various floor surfaces. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Inspect and report any damages or maintenance needs to management. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or floor maintenance preferred. Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning products. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
