Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors. This position offers flexible scheduling for parents or students looking for part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

Empty trash cans- offices, breakrooms, restrooms, copy rooms, lobby, etc. Clean toilets, sinks, counters, and check/stock supplies in all restrooms Tidy and clean breakrooms: wipe counters, clean coffee areas, and restock supplies Mop breakroom, lobby, and restroom floors weekly (spot clean as needed) Vacuum heavy-traffic areas (hallways, conference room, etc.) weekly Vacuum individual offices monthly using a master key for access Dust and wipe down lobby furniture weekly Clean, dust, and vacuum offices Clean, tidy, and restock the conference room as needed Clean inside office windows periodically Clean front walkways Shampoo carpet as needed Clean out refrigerators (remove old/expired food) Wipe inside and outside of microwaves Launder cleaning cloths, mop heads, tablecloths, etc

Qualifications:

Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Schedule:

3 days per week- set your hours between 8 am and 5 pm
