Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We are seeking dedicated and skilled UHP Blasters to join our team. The Blasters will be responsible for utilizing high-pressure water equipment to perform industrial cleaning tasks across various settings, including commercial, outdoor, and duct cleaning environments. This role requires a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong manual handling skills, experience with pressure washing, and a commitment to adhering to safety protocols to ensure optimal results and customer satisfaction. Duties Operate high-pressure water equipment to clean surfaces such as floors, walls, ducts, and outdoor structures efficiently and safely. Use ladders and scaffolding appropriately for elevated or hard-to-reach areas, ensuring stability and safety at all times. Perform industrial cleaning tasks including pressure washing, duct cleaning, and floor buffing with precision. Handle cleaning equipment and hand tools properly while maintaining their condition through regular inspection and maintenance. Follow strict safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and protective clothing. Conduct manual handling of heavy equipment and materials safely to prevent injury or damage. Apply fire extinguishers and other safety measures in emergency situations or when required during outdoor work. Maintain detailed records of work performed and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met. Assist in outdoor work projects that may involve heavy lifting or strenuous physical activity. Ensure the proper disposal of waste materials following environmental guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial cleaning, pressure washing, or similar roles involving outdoor work using at least 30K of pressure. Ability to operate ladders safely and efficiently in various environments. Familiarity with hand tools, cleaning equipment, and industrial cleaning techniques. Knowledge of safety protocols related to pressure washing, manual handling, and PPE usage. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks consistently. Experience with duct cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere strictly to safety procedures. Basic knowledge of fire safety measures including the use of fire extinguishers.
