Shine:

Spray, wash, sanitize, and dry production pans, trays, racks, utensils, and machine parts. Take Out the

Trash:

Empty trash, compost, and recycling bins throughout the plant and transport waste to the appropriate outdoor dumpsters or compactors.

Make Every Surface Count:

Sweep, mop, squeegee, and scrub floors, walls, drains, processing areas, and break areas. •

Clean Safely:

Properly dilute, label, and handle cleaning chemicals by following SDS guidelines and company safety procedures • Prep for

Production:

Ensure equipment and work areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the incoming morning shift. • Tackle the
