Part-Time Deep Clean / Move-Out Cleaner Commission-Based | Flat Rate Per Job | Temporary / As-Needed We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team for deep-clean and move-out cleaning projects. This is a part-time, flexible position with the potential for temporary or ongoing work depending on scheduling and workload. Job Duties Perform detailed deep cleans for residential homes, apartments, and rental properties Complete move-in/move-out cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, baseboards, appliances, and other detailed areas Follow cleaning checklists and company standards Work independently or with a team Communicate professionally with team leaders and clients when needed Requirements Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and stay organized Must be dependable and punctual Ability to lift, bend, stand, and clean for extended periods Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required Position Details Part-time Flexible scheduling Temporary or as-needed work available Pay is commission-based / flat rate per completed job Average pay is comparable to approximately $25-$30 per hour, depending on speed and efficiency Opportunity for additional work as business grows We are looking for team members who take pride in their work and enjoy transforming spaces into spotless, move-in ready homes.
