Montana Building Maintenance is looking for a dependable evening cleaner to join our commercial cleaning team. The Job Monday-Friday Approximately 4 hours per evening 5:30 PM start time Starting pay: $21/hour Approximately 18-20 hours per week No weekend work You start and end your shift at our shop You will be assigned one commercial building to clean each evening. You will work independently and be responsible for completing the building's cleaning checklist and meeting the customer's cleaning standards.

Typical duties include:

Vacuuming and mopping Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Emptying trash Wiping and cleaning surfaces Stocking restroom and other dispensers Following building-specific cleaning instructions You won't have a supervisor standing over you while you work, but you also won't be left completely on your own. Our evening supervisors make frequent visits to check the work, help with questions, and make sure checklists are being followed and the building is being maintained to the customer's standards. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and consistently on time Comfortable working independently Able to follow instructions and complete a checklist Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Comfortable with the physical demands of commercial cleaning Willing to communicate when something needs attention You must be able to consistently start at 5:30 PM Monday-Friday. Paid Travel Time Your paid time begins when you start your shift at our shop and continues until you return to the shop at the end of your shift.
