Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Janitorial professional, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our facilities spotless, safe, and welcoming. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various commercial and residential spaces, ensuring a pristine environment for clients and staff alike. Your proactive approach to custodial tasks will contribute directly to the overall appearance and hygiene standards of our facilities. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across multiple areas. Conduct specialized floor care such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high-quality surfaces. Execute industrial cleaning tasks in large-scale facilities, ensuring safety protocols are followed during cleaning processes. Provide custodial support for both commercial properties, including window washing and light maintenance tasks. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to company standards and safety guidelines. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supply inventories, and maintenance reports to ensure accountability and smooth operations. Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety practices, is desirable but will train. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards as in industrial cleaning processes, is desirable but will train. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
