In this role, you will be an essential junior member of the Fleet Specialist team, responsible for the: cleanliness and appearance of customer equipment and other assets. Working with our team you will help ensure all assets meet our high safety and aesthetic wash standards through the use of high-pressure wash applications, low pressure application, chemical processes, and Agitation techniques.

Responsibilities:

Vehicle Cleaning:

exterior washing, including scrubbing, washing windows, and degreasing using high-pressure applications and low-pressure applications.

Facility Upkeep:

You will ensure the wash bay and other areas of the business are kept safe, organized, and well-maintained

Safety & Compliance:

Following all on-site PPE and safety guidelines, such as using protective gear, eye wear.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. Previous experience with use of high-pressure washer preferred, not necessarily.

Strong Work Ethic:

Possesses an internal drive to stay productive, keep busy, and help the team win during peak hours.

Team Collaboration:

Working seamlessly with other team members and supervisors to hit daily targets.

Adaptability & Coachability:

A strong willingness to learn new cleaning techniques, handle new equipment, and adapt to changing daily schedules.
