Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

POSITION TITLE

Supervisor

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

260 day contract with benefits

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma Experience working in cleaning, construction, maintenance position(s). Able to operate personal computer and/or laptop computer Highly motivated able to coordinate multiple tasks at one time. Self-starter; able to work independently. Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height occasionally.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Hours vary throughouth the year Sanitize, clean, empty trash and other general housekeeping duties Possible snow removal duties

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintain confidentiality Attend meetings and training as directed. Present and communicate in a professional manner. Work additional hours or overtime as directed. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
