Full-Time Custodian

September 14, 2026 POSITION SUMMARY Thompson Falls School District is looking for someone who is dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the school buildings. They should find enjoyment in the work that they do as it allows them to be of service to others and find fulfillment in cleaning. A custodian is asked to keep the district's buildings and classrooms clean. May assist in minor building maintenance, clean and preserve designated spaces, equipment, etc. Other daily duties as assigned. Candidates should be positive and team oriented, yet independent and able to solve problems when needed. Job description is listed on the website.

REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to the maintenance supervisor and building administrator.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Full time 40 hours/week Compensation $16.50/hour with benefits, health insurance, retirement, paid vacation and sick days.
