Part-Time Window Cleaner

Part-Time Window Cleaner Wanted We are looking for hard working, positive attitude window cleaners to help grow our business in Apex and surrounding areas. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. We are currently seeking part-time team members for 8 to 35 hours per week. Work is M-F 9 to 5. You must be available for one full day between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. This is not a Saturday or after-hours job. Responsibilities Window cleaning on commercial and residential buildings, ensuring all glass surfaces are spotless and streak-free. Pressure/soft washing and gutter cleaning on homes. Use appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment to achieve optimal results. Work on ladders and/or operate water-fed poles, scissor and boom lifts and other equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows. Conduct routine inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment and the company vehicle. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Experience with extension ladders is preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and standards is a plus. Must be willing to learn how to operate boom or scissor lifts safely; certification may be required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and climbing for extended periods.
