The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care Launder linens and towels as required, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use. Provide custodial services by maintaining restrooms, kitchens, and common areas in a clean and hygienic state. Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns promptly. Implement housekeeping management practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in cleaning routines. Ensure compliance with safety standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment is essential. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules as needed.
