Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, both indoors and outdoors, to uphold the standards of our organization. Duties Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping. . Conduct floor care activities such as using a floor scrubber. Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety regulations and standards. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote environmental sustainability. Provide commercial cleaning services in offices, restrooms, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. •Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and safety protocols is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
