What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Job Description The Custodian @ Woodland Terrace provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
Schedule:
PT | 3pm -7pm (3-4 days a week) 8-4 on Saturdays.
Pay Range:
$17.00 - $19.00/hr Paid Vacation / Free Meal each shift / 401K What will I do every day? Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc. Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day High school graduate preferred Six months to one year of custodial experience Experience working in a senior environment preferred What's in it for me?
