The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep across our property. A positive attitude and the ability to complete tasks efficiently are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance duties, including trash removal, landscaping, and custodial tasks. Enhance the appeal and value of the property by ensuring its cleanliness and overall appearance. Maintain dumpster areas by keeping them tidy and ensuring doors are securely closed. Regularly pick up litter, empty trash cans, replace liners, and handle bulk trash removal. Clean and maintain common areas, including wiping down benches, railings, window mullions, and dusting windows. Report any issues or problems to property managers promptly. Handle tasks that require lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively or as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, repeatedly as necessary. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Must have a mobile device for communication. Must have reliable transportation, as some workdays may start as early as 6:00 AM. Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
