$16.00 per hour

Position:

Part-time Work setting: On-site; independently after training This is a consistent evening position for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in doing quality work. You will receive hands-on training before being expected to complete the assigned locations on your own. Responsibilities Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, and office spaces Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Empty trash and replace liners Clean breakrooms Dust and wipe surfaces Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality Properly secure buildings upon completion Requirements Must have reliable transportation to both the Flowers/Clayton and Wendell locations Must be consistently available Tuesday-Friday evenings Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently after training Strong attention to detail Able to follow written cleaning checklists and instructions Able to perform physical cleaning duties including bending, lifting, vacuuming, mopping, and repetitive movement Cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required What we're looking for Reliability is extremely important for this position. Because these are recurring commercial clients, we need someone who can consistently show up as scheduled and complete the work thoroughly without requiring constant supervision. We are happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, learns quickly, and cares about doing the job correctly.
