Residential Cleaning Technician Southern Harbor Home Services is a locally based residential cleaning company currently serving Moyock, Currituck County, and surrounding communities. We are growing and looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is a part-time W-2 position with paid training and an opportunity for increased hours as you become fully trained and begin independently servicing recurring clients. Pay & Schedule $17-$19 per hour Starting rate of $17/hour during training $19/hour once approved to clean independently Approximately 10-25 hours per week Hours may be lighter during the initial training period and increase as you take on recurring client appointmentments Monday-Friday daytime scheduling No weekends required Paid travel time during the workday between scheduled work locations Tips are paid to the employee who earns them Paid time off Opportunities for advancement What You'll Do Perform recurring residential maintenance cleanings according to Southern Harbor standards and checklists Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, remove trash, make beds, and complete other routine cleaning tasks Assist with deep cleans and occasional one-time cleaning projects Properly use company-provided cleaning products, supplies, and equipment Care for clients' homes and belongings with respect Follow safety, quality-control, and client-specific instructions Communicate professionally with the owner, clients, and other team members Travel between scheduled client homes during the workday What We're Looking For Cleaning experience is helpful, but character and work ethic matter just as much . We can teach our cleaning systems; we need someone we can trust to follow them.

Applicants must be able to perform repetitive cleaning motions, bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs, remain on their feet for extended periods, and safely lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies. Transportation Requirements Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and appropriate auto insurance. Employees report to our Moyock equipment location at the beginning of scheduled shifts to pick up company supplies and equipment and return them at the end of the workday as directed. Travel time during the workday between scheduled work locations is paid. Mileage is not reimbursed.
