10:00pm-6:30am ($18.50 per hour) Job Summary At Flagship Facility Services, we take pride in delivering clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Team Members to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism across assigned facilities. Team members are expected to perform general cleaning, sanitation, and facility support duties to ensure each building remains clean, organized, and client-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial cleaning equipment. Dust and clean walls, ceilings, windows, ledges, vents, blinds, and light fixtures. Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas. Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners. Maintain carpeted and non-carpeted flooring, including spot cleaning and stain removal. Apply and remove floor and surface protective treatments as needed. Restock restroom and cleaning supplies. Move furniture, boxes, equipment, and other items to access cleaning areas. Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks and special projects. Restrooms Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions, mirrors, and floors. Refill soap, paper towels, tissue, and other dispensers. Maintain a sanitary and odor-free environment. Breakrooms & Common Areas Clean tables, counters, sinks, appliances, and vending machines. Sweep and mop hard-surface flooring. Maintain clean and organized employee areas. Additional Duties Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in clean, organized, and working condition. Safely operate vacuums, buffers, scrubbers, ladders, and related cleaning equipment. Assist with seasonal or exterior duties when required, including sweeping walkways, leaf removal, or snow removal. Follow all safety procedures, training guidelines, and company policies. Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and work instructions. Must maintain a professional appearance; uniforms may be required at certain locations. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motion. Ability to lift and move up to 40-50 pounds safely. Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and ladders when necessary. Work Environment Fast-paced commercial office and facility environments. Exposure to cleaning products, dust, odors, noise, and varying temperatures. Safety training and equipment provided as required. Why Join Flagship?
