Moore Power Washing & Moore Holiday Lights is a locally owned exterior cleaning and holiday lighting company in Belmont, NC with 100+ five-star reviews. We're hiring a dependable assistant technician to work alongside our lead tech on pressure washing jobs and seasonal Christmas light installations. Responsibilities Assist with house washing, roof washing, gutter cleaning, and concrete/flatwork Install and remove residential Christmas light displays Safely carry and operate 28- and 32-foot extension ladders Work at heights on rooftops and elevated surfaces Maintain a clean, professional job site and interact respectfully with customers Requirements Valid driver's license — required Must be physically fit and able to carry heavy ladders (28-32 ft) Must be comfortable working at heights — non-negotiable Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work Experience in roofing, construction, landscaping, or cleaning a plus — willing to train the right person What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Hands-on training with professional equipment Near full-time hours during peak season with potential for year-round work Work with a well-reviewed, growing local company
