In person Available Positions First-Shift Cleaning Position Monday through Friday 6:00 AM-2:00 PM part-time 30-40 hours per week Evening Floater Position Monday through Friday 6:00 PM-10:00 PM Part-time 20-35 hours per week Job Summary Over The Top Cleaning Crew, LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our commercial cleaning team. Employees will be responsible for maintaining assigned areas according to the company's cleaning standards and daily checklists. Most duties will be completed independently; however, employees must also be able to work well with supervisors and other team members when assistance, coverage, or collaboration is needed. Applicants must be comfortable working independently, managing their time effectively, and completing assigned duties without constant supervision. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, entrances, hallways, and other assigned areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Empty trash containers and transport trash to designated disposal areas Clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces Check, refill, and restock paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, and other supplies Follow assigned cleaning checklists and facility procedures Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and low supplies to management Provide cleaning support in other areas when requested Complete all assigned duties within the scheduled shift Work independently while also assisting the team when needed Follow company attendance, timekeeping, safety, and workplace policies Qualifications and Requirements Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly recommended Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work the entire scheduled shift Must be able to work independently without constant supervision Must be able to work cooperatively as part of a team when needed Must be able to follow written cleaning checklists and verbal instructions Must be able to manage time effectively and pay close attention to detail Must have a working cell phone Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods Must be able to bend, reach, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning duties Must be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and bags of trash Pay and Incentives Starting pay is $12.00 per hour Employees may be eligible for a pay increase after successfully completing their first 30 days Employees may be eligible for a performance bonus after successfully completing 60 days Raises and bonuses are not guaranteed and are based on attendance, punctuality, dependability, job performance, and compliance with company policies Health benefits are not offered for these positions Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
