Seeking custodian for evening availability

• to start ASAP.

Starting with 10-12 hours per week at $14.00 per hour. MUST have transportation and driver's liscense.

Responsibilities:

• Perform custodial duties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed
• Follow established safety procedures and protocols while performing custodial tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:

• Commercial cleaning: Experience in cleaning commercial buildings or facilities

• Maintain:

  Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas

• Porter:

  Perform custodial duties in a professional manner
• Industrial cleaning: Familiarity with cleaning practices in industrial settings

• Custodial:

  Perform general custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness of facilities

• Clean:

  Thoroughly clean assigned areas according to established standards
• Facilities maintenance: Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
• Floor care: Knowledge of proper floor care techniques, including mopping, vacuuming
