Responsibilities:
Custodial duties for Government contracts. May include a combination of the following: sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms. Disinfecting of high touch areas (doorknobs, light switch covers, desktops, etc.).
Qualifications:
Good communication skills Must pass agency and federal background checks, drug screen, and confirmation that you are authorized to work in the US. The Custodian's job is physically demanding due to the need to move, carry and store various items and clean, dust, and wipe rooms full of furniture as well as floors and carpets. The successful application must have the physical capacity to perform these types of tasks. 3 - 5 years of experience. Wage $15.71/hr plus $5.09 per hour Health and Welfare up to 40 hours per week (These monies are used for your benefits), which can be taken as additional hourly pay resulting in an effective wage of $20.80/hr.
