Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong background in residential or commercial cleaning-is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and detergents along with proper handling procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and execute manual handling tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or residents about their cleaning needs.
