This role is vital in ensuring that all spaces—whether commercial or industrial—are kept in pristine condition. Multiple accounts available ranging from nightly to once-a-week cleanings in Leland and Wilmington. Responsibilities Conduct routine janitorial duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities and operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and maintenance reports to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Cleaning experience in janitorial or custodial roles is recommended, but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies; experience with industrial cleaning is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Strong attention to detail and organized. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
