Maintain cleanliness of areas when required, including sweeping Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and detergents used in various environments. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts. Excellent work history. Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take direction.
