Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that all spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks in both commercial and residential settings, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for clients and guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care maintenance, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing. Manage housekeeping tasks in residential settings as needed. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Assist with custodial duties as required, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred. Airbnb Cleaning is also preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment or materials as necessary.
