Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple areas, including industrial, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare settings Lead, train, and motivate janitorial staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols and safety regulations Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards, sanitation levels, and compliance with health and safety guidelines Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance Enforce safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace safety regulations Collaborate with management to improve cleaning processes, implement new procedures, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will oversee a route of several locations!
