A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

What You'll Do As our Janitorial Section Leader, you will guide our day-to-day cleaning operations and support our hardworking team. In this role as a Custodial Team Lead, you will: Lead and support team members in maintaining top-tier cleanliness across assigned areas. Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. Inspect work areas to ensure high standards of quality and safety. Assist with training new team members and managing equipment and supplies. Communicate effectively with managers and site contacts to keep everything running smoothly. What You Bring To The Team Prior experience as a Janitorial Section Leader, Custodial Team Lead, or Cleaning Supervisor. Strong communication skills and a reliable, positive attitude.
