This is a part-time, paid per-project position that's ideal for someone looking for flexible gig-style work. Shifts are based on guest bookings, so the schedule varies week to week rather than following a set number of hours. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Perform detailed residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to ensure a pristine environment Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to maintain freshness and availability Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials to guarantee guest comfort Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met before guest check-in and after check-out Maintain high standards of sanitation by adhering to proper cleaning protocols and safety guidelines Handle light maintenance tasks related to cleanliness or minor repairs as needed Requirements Previous Airbnb or vacation rental cleaning experience is strongly preferred Hot tub maintenance experience is preferred but not required Ability to work independently and follow restocking and staging guides Proven experience in cleaning services such as residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including laundering, floor care, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment Knowledge of laundry procedures and handling of cleaning supplies safely Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Embrace this opportunity to make a tangible difference in guests' experiences while working in a lively environment that values your dedication!
