This is consistent recurring work—not an unpredictable, on-call cleaning position. How Compensation Works This is not an hourly position. You are paid a set amount for each completed building visit. Each building has a predetermined rate based on its size, cleaning requirements and the amount of time it should reasonably take to complete. We structure our building rates with the goal of allowing dependable and efficient cleaners to earn the equivalent of approximately $25-$30 per hour or more . Because you are paid per building instead of by the hour, the exact hourly equivalent can vary. What We Provide Consistent recurring locations A clear checklist for every building Hands-on building orientation Cleaning products and equipment Support when questions or problems arise Flexible evening and weekend opportunities Direct communication with local ownership A professional and respectful working relationship Opportunities for additional work as the company grows Recognition and potential performance bonuses What You'll Be Doing Depending on the location, responsibilities may include: Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Emptying trash and replacing liners Dusting and wiping office surfaces Cleaning breakrooms and common areas Restocking paper products and supplies Following a building-specific cleaning checklist Completing a final walkthrough Turning off lights, locking doors and properly setting alarms All work is performed inside professional commercial properties such as offices, banks, medical practices and shared building common areas. We do not clean residential homes. Requirements At least 18 years old Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Working smartphone Ability to work independently Ability to pass a background check Comfortable handling keys, door codes and alarm systems Able to stand, bend, reach and perform physical cleaning tasks Able to lift and carry approximately 30 pounds Willing to follow building-specific cleaning and security requirements This is an independent contractor opportunity , not a traditional employee position.
