Shine Time Car Wash is looking for a motivated, energetic Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, develop employees, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is NOT a desk job. We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front, working with people, staying active, and helping grow the business. What You'll Do Help oversee daily car wash operations Lead and motivate team members Deliver excellent customer service Help drive unlimited membership sales Train and coach employees Maintain cleanliness and site appearance Assist with opening and closing procedures Handle customer concerns professionally Ensure safety and operational procedures are followed What We're Looking For Leadership or management experience preferred Strong customer service skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors and staying active Reliable transportation Ability to work weekends and flexible hours Sales experience is a plus Car wash experience is NOT required — we can train the right person Why Work With Us?
