Location Fargo-Moorhead Area Job Type Part-Time (25 hours per week, 9:00AM-2:00PM) Position Overview Savvy Cleaning is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented move-out & common area of apartments cleaner to support our growing cleaning operations. This role focuses on deep cleaning vacant apartment units to prepare them for new tenants or helps the common area team clean the common areas of apartment buildings. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and understands the level of detail required. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed move-out cleans in apartment units, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms Clean appliances (inside and out), cabinets, baseboards, doors, and fixtures Sweep, vacuum, mop, and remove debris from all areas Follow Savvy Cleaning checklists and quality standards consistently Identify and report any damages or maintenance concerns within units Work efficiently to meet unit turnover timelines Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Work in a team setting to complete the common area cleans of apartments Vacuum, clean laundry rooms, and entry ways in apartments Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience required Move-out or deep cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a small team Ability to manage time effectively and complete jobs within set deadlines Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to take direction What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables) Shows up on time and ready to work Takes ownership of the quality of their work Works efficiently without cutting corners Follows systems and checklists without needing constant oversight Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from work and maybe in-between job sites Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible(ish) schedule Consistent work with opportunity for more hours as available How to Apply Submit your application with a brief summary of your cleaning experience to info@savvycleaningfm.com.
