Required Qualifications The qualified individual must possess any minimum level of education that provides the required skills, knowledge and ability needed to perform the assigned work including sufficient strength to perform assigned cleaning tasks. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, procedures and materials and the use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred. Successful candidate should possess basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications Six months to one year of previous experience in custodial work. Physical Demands Ability to work in extreme hot or cold; bend, crouch and climb; assist in safe lifting in excess of 75 pounds; and sufficient strength to perform assigned tasks.
